New Jersey Pick-6 Lotto costs just $2 to play but offers some truly magnificent jackpots, providing extremely good value for money for players around the world. For every $1 wagered on the game, 50 cents is returned to the prize fund, allowing the top prize to soar with a run of rollovers.
New Jersey Pick-6 Lotto Prize Tiers and Odds of Winning
Players have four chances to win with the New Jersey Pick-6 Lotto, starting with a set $2 award for matching three of the six balls drawn. The other prizes fluctuate in value depending on how many players also win in that prize tier and how many tickets have been sold for that draw. The jackpot begins at $2 million and will always rise by at least $100,000 in the event of a rollover, although it often grows by even more! It continues to build until a player matches all six numbers.

*Prizes are calculated on a pari-mutuel basis (prize value fluctuates depending on the numbers of winners and tickets sold) with the exception of the Match 3 tier, which has a fixed prize value of $2.
XTRA
There is also a multiplier feature in Pick-6 called XTRA, which can increase the value of non-jackpot prizes by up to 10 times their original value. XTRA is automatically included, so every ticket will show a multiplier – either X1, X2, X3, X4, X5 or X10. If that ticket is a winner, the prize will be multiplied (unless it is the jackpot). The table below shows the odds of each multiplier appearing on a ticket, along with the estimated prize value.

Double Play Prizes
Double Play is an optional game which you can add for an extra $1. Your numbers from the main game will then be entered into a separate draw for another chance to win. The jackpot is fixed at $250,000 in every draw, but the other payouts are bigger than the main game. The Match 3 prize is $3, while the payouts for matching four or five numbers depend on how many tickets have been sold and how many winners there are. The following table shows all the prize information. XTRA also applies to Double Play.
