Back to TopQuestion: What is the maximum I can win playing European Pick 3?

Back to TopQuestion: Do all play types require me to pick three numbers?
Answer: If you play a Front Pair or Back Pair, you only have to match two of the three winning numbers. Note that you may still need to pick three numbers on your playslip to proceed with a Pair bet.
Back to TopQuestion: What’s the difference between a 3-way play and a 6-way play?
Answer: Box, Straight/Box, and Combo bets are all split into one of two types: 3-way or 6-way. If you pick two identical numbers and one unique number, that’s a 3-way play, as there are three possible combinations you can match to win. If you pick three different numbers, that’s a 6-way play, as there are six winning combinations you can hit. With Box and Straight/Box bets, 3-way plays offer bigger prizes as they’re harder to win. The prize for a 6-way play is lower, but it’s also easier to win. With a Combo bet, you pay for every combination of numbers you create. If you play a 3-way Combo, you’ll pay for three different combinations, and if you play a 6-way Combo, you’ll pay for six different sets of numbers.
Back to TopQuestion: Can I pick the same number three times?
Answer: Yes, you can pick three identical numbers on your playslip, but you limit your play type to a Straight bet. That’s because three identical numbers can only possibly be drawn in one order, so Box and Combo bets cannot be played.
Back to TopQuestion: If I play a Box, do I get paid out for a Straight if I match the numbers in the same order?
Answer: No, you only receive the payouts determined by your bet type. If you go for a Box play and match the numbers in the exact order they’re drawn, you’ll still get paid out for a Box and not for a Straight. If you want to cover both outcomes, a Straight/Box bet will pay you out for matching the numbers in any order and if you match them in the exact order.
